FBI's New Attack Plan

CNBC's Mary Thompson reports that according to the FBI's most recent Internet crime says reported losses from cyber-crime increased 8.3 percent in 2012. Also this week, Wal-Mart is the latest U.S. company to have its e-mails spoofed.
