Snowden's Big Hacker Reveal?

The US may be the pot calling the kettle black when it comes to hacks from China. CNBC's Scott Cohn reports that according NSA leaker Edward Snowden, the US government has been hacking Chinese computers since 2009. Also this week, 8 members of an international cybercrime ring were charged with hacking into government agencies, payroll processors, and banks to steal $15 million.
