How the FDA is cracking down on stores selling tobacco to minors

In a new report the FDA put 15 national retailers on notice for allegedly selling tobacco products to minors - Exxon, Chevron, 7-11, Walgreens, Walmart and more are on the list. FDA Commissioner Dr. Scott Gottlieb joins "Squawk Box" to explain how the FDA compiled its report and what it will do going forward.
