Trump should accept the election results, says GOP Pennsylvania Sen. Toomey

Michigan and Pennsylvania will start certifying election results Monday. President Trump sued in both states and lost. The campaign has appealed the decision, asking to reframe its argument. On Saturday, Sen. Pat Toomey, a Republican from Pennsylvania, said it's time for the president to accept the loss and preserve his legacy. Sen. Toomey joins "Squawk Box" to discuss.
