'Too early to tell' when euro zone will reimpose fiscal targets, Dutch finance chief says

Dutch Finance Minister Wopke Hoekstra told CNBC that it is "too early to tell" whether fiscal targets will be brought back to the euro zone as countries deal with the severe economic shock from Covid-19.
