Jay Leno drives around Burbank in what he likes to call "The Tank Car." The engine has 1,100 Horsepower and weighs 3,000 pounds!

Leno meets up with the Brigadier General of the U.S. Army, Joseph Martin. The two have a competitive battle of words of which tank can beat the other: Leno's or the U.S. Army!

Leno gets the chance to hop on of the tanks and take it for a spin!

It's race time! Jay uses his tank car to face off against a real tank! Which machine is faster?

In the end, Jay's car is too much for the U.S. army, as he beats them with time to spare.

Jay's not done with the U.S. armed forces. He travels to Maryland and checks out the Presidential Limo, also called "The Beast." Most of his questions cannot be answered because the car is "classified."

Before leaving the base, Jay gets to ride with two special agents who are training to drive the President of the United States. They're trained to have to handle difficult turns without stopping. Jay's surprised by the quick turns that shake the whole car.

Jay leaves the base and hops on his 1941 American LaFrance fire truck. He tells the story about how he ended up getting his hands on this truck with a V12 engine.

Too eager to wait, Leno jumps on one of the fire trucks and takes it for a ride! He compares driving this long truck as driving a "two story building."

After enough haggling, Leno convinces the fireman to shoot up the latter.

Jay's next ride is the method of transportation for mail-people everywhere: the USPS truck. He meets up with USPS driving trainer, Lonnie Perkins. Leno likes the truck, but he doesn't like how slow it moves. He has an idea to fix that…

He takes the USPS driver and introduces him to rally driver Ken Block. He's thinking of replacing the engine that the USPS truck has. He runs the idea to Perkins, who just says he'll get back to him.
