Canadian tech start-up InteraXon has developed a brainwave sensing headband that lets users turn a beer tap on and off with just their minds.
"You can learn to manage and monitor your own brain activity so you can perform more effectively," co-founder and CEO Ariel Garten told CNBC's "Squawk on the Street" this morning.

Called Muse, the product will launch in May for $299 and can connect your mind wirelessly with smartphones and tablets. InteraXon, whose investors include Ashton Kutcher, has raised $8 million.
