We've all had to get used to lot of new names when it comes to the latest "Star Wars" movie "Episode VII - The Force Awakens." This includes Kylo Ren, Maz Kanata and Captain Phasma, but how about George Osborne, the U.K. finance minister?

Osborne -- or to give him his full Sith-sounding title Chancellor of the Exchequer and First Secretary of State -- has been spotted by British Star Wars fans in the film's final credits along with Ed Vaizey, the minister of state for culture, communications and the creative industries.

Their inclusion is all down to the tax credits given by the ruling Conservative government to the U.K.'s movie industry. Large sections of "The Force Awakens" were filmed on the Pinewood studio lot just outside London.

Nonetheless, many people on Twitter were not pleased at Osborne's inclusion in the credits with some worried that the Dark Side had won.
