Looking for some property in Las Vegas?

Mike Tyson's former mansion just went on the market, according to a local listing. For $1.5 million, the lucky owner can take possession of this five bedroom, six bathroom estate. The 5,740 square-foot property is just a 22-minute drive away from the Strip, according to Google Maps.

For those seeking a wow factor, the 25-foot interior waterfall in the entry is not to be missed. But don't worry, the three fireplaces will keep the owners warm in an abode with an impossibly high ceiling.

"The lucky buyer will not only be able to say that he purchased the home of heavyweight champion Mike Tyson, but he will also be able to call him his neighbor," Ken Lowman, the broker for the property told CNBC in an email on Monday.

That's right, if you pay Tyson $1.5 million for his old house, you can be his neighbor. Lowman recently sold the former boxing champ a 10,000 square-foot property down the block for $2.5 million.

Seems like the perfect place to film "The Hangover Part IV" —if they ever make one.
