Cosmopolitan's annual Fun Fearless Money Conference was the perfect place for me to tackle an important subject of our times: binge-watching!

"I know I am one-in-a million that doesn't binge-watch!" Cole says. Shuttling between her cable-equipped Atlanta abode and without-cable New York home, Kat spend her time watching CNBC, documentaries, and shows that her husband is into. "The last documentary I watched was on the Rwandan genocide because humanitarian work is a big part of my life."

Bradford is the COO of fintech company SoFi, formerly the head of partnerships at Pinterest, and chief media officer at Microsoft, and she turns to gritty dramas for a change of pace: "My latest binge watch was Narcos."

She also loves documentaries and uses Netflix to catch up on docs including "Tony Robbins: I Am Not Your Guru" and "Jiro Dreams of Sushi."

Though many people treat TV like comfort food, Promaulayko, the new editor-in-chief of Cosmopolitan magazine, needs a varied content diet to satiate her appetite. "I absolutely binge-watch," she says. "Lately it's been 'Stranger Things.' Historically it's been 'Ray Donovan,' 'The Real Housewives of New York' and 'Homeland.'"
