Art Cashin video: Two reasons stocks faltered

Art Cashin says there are two possible reasons behind the collapse of the stock market's rally attempt Tuesday morning.

Cashin, UBS' director of floor operations at the NYSE, told CNBC's Mary Thompson "when the yield on the 10-year (U.S. note) went above 2.9 (percent) there was some hesitation in the rally."

In addition, some of the "calmness" of the market was removed by headlines in the late morning that House Speaker John Boehner is backing President Obama's call for military action against Syria.
