A growing number of couples are beginning to include social media clauses in their prenuptial agreements, according to an ABC News report.
The "social media prenup" as it has been dubbed is apparently being taken pretty seriously, too.
According to New York-based attorney Ann-Margaret Carrozza, for someone making less than $5 million in New York City, an embarrassing tweet, post or pic could cost as much as $50,000 per incident.
The typical clauses that are being added to prenups state that a spouse will not post a nude, embarrassing or professionally damaging content to social media platforms.
