A raucous swinger's club has set up in a New York Financial District office building, disturbing fellow tenants and neighbors throughout the workday with wild—and very loud—sex parties, reports the New York Post.
But there's nothing New York Police Department can do, since The Amsterdam Club swingers are exchanging sex for free. The building's landlord said when the lease was signed, the club claimed it was a video production company; he has filed an eviction lawsuit.

A neighbor complained seeing drugs in the lobby, smelling cigarette smoke, and spotting condoms in the trash. The building's tenants, including tech companies and a financial-research business, report hearing loud sex parties during client meetings.
"It's infuriating and embarrassing for me, because I have our team and our employees in these conditions," the head of a company who rents space in the building told the Post. "It's horrible in every sense. We've had meetings and we've heard things."
