Apple unveiled two new tablets on Thursday, the $399 iPad Mini 3 and the $499 iPad Air 2.
They are available for pre-order on Friday and will ship a week later.
CEO Tim Cook also said the much-awaited Apple Pay feature on the new iPhones, which lets people pay for goods by simply tapping their phones to a reader, will launch next Monday. He did not share a specific launch date for the Apple Watch, but stressed that it will be available sometime early next year.

As expected the company also showed off a new iMac with retina technology, an updated Mac Mini and rolled out OS X Yosemite for commercial download.
The iMac is called iMac with 5K Retina Display and has 14.7 million pixels on a 27-inch display screen. It starts at $2,499 and is available from Apple today. The new Mac Mini starts at $499 and is also available today.
While there weren't any surprises at the event, Cook stressed the new products and software the company has already revealed this year and he hinted that more products are on their way.

"This incredible line-up of products and the ecosystem that supports them is something that only Apple can create. Because we create both the hardware and the software we can deliver something that no one else can," Cook said during his closing remarks.
"This is our version of personal technology and we are just getting started."
