Craft beer is growing by double digits at home, and it's picking up momentum overseas, as well.
According to the Brewers Association, craft beer export volume rose 35.7 percent in 2014, totaling an estimated $99.7 million.
Several craft brewers have been at the forefront of working to get their beer into the hands of European beer drinkers, with two choosing to go so far as forgo the export route and build brewing facilities in Europe.

Sweden has been a long-time growth area for Brooklyn Brewery, which last year opened a brewery there in partnership with distributor D. Carnegie & Co. and Carlsberg Sweden. Stone Brewing Co. announced last year they are building their own brewery in Berlin.
