Check out the most expensive seats at the Derby

Celebrities, sports stars, CEOs and politicians flock to the Kentucky Derby in style every year. Churchill Downs Racetrack steps up the A-list experience a little more each time, and this year's Derby 141 is certainly keeping pace.

With a lot of cash and usually a connection or two, Derby guests can secure seats in boxes, suites and dining rooms all over Churchill Downs. But, there is one location reserved only for the most elite: The Mansion.

Until three years ago, Millionaires Row was the Kentucky Derby's gold standard of luxury. Now, The Mansion blows it out of the water.

Mansion ticket prices vary and are individually negotiated to include a personal seat license. All in, you're looking at more than $13,000 per person.

Only 296 lucky individuals can buy Mansion tickets. The suite actually holds 322, but the rest are held back just in case a marquee name calls for a ticket at the last minute.

The high-end service begins long before the first Saturday in May. Once you're a confirmed guest your personal concierge contacts you to take requests, such as the type of wines you prefer.

You also get a driver who'll take you wherever you need to go for the weekend.

Located on the sixth floor of the legendary track, Mansion guests quickly bypass the masses taking a private elevator to the 10,000-square-foot oasis.

Churchill downs only sells tickets to The Mansion for Derby week.
