Mark Cuban is an entrepreneur, investor and the owner of the 2010–11 NBA champion Dallas Mavericks, as well as Landmark Theatres and Magnolia Pictures. In addition, he is the chairman of the HDTV cable network AXS TV and a "shark" investor on "Shark Tank."
In 2011 Cuban wrote "How to Win at the Sport of Business," in which he chronicles his life experiences in business and sports. Cuban started the Fallen Patriot Fund to help families of U.S. military personnel killed or injured during the Iraq War, personally matching the first $1 million in contributions with funds from the Mark Cuban Foundation.
