I snagged Viacom CEO Sumner Redstonefor a sit down interview during Allen & Co'sday of tech panels. I was glad to catch him as last night, as Google Chariman and CEO Eric Schmidt told a bunch of reporters asking about Viacom's lawsuit againstGoogle --that Viacomhas "built its business on lawsuits."

That's quite an accusation against a company that prides itself on being the only media company that's 100 percent content-driven. Redstone weighed in on how business is business --usually--and how he's sued many of the other CEOs here at the conference. And how he's made remarkable inroads in China.
