This announcement comes on the heels of a record setting month for CNBC.com. In March, the site had its best month ever in both unique visitors and page views. According to the latest data from comScore Media Metrix, the site was visited by 7.8 million unique users last month, an 83 percent increase compared to the same time period last year, and recorded 381 million page views, a 64 percent increase year-over-year.
