Millions of Americans will soon be going through the annual rite of registering for their corporate benefits. And come 2012, those who get health-care coverage through their employers will get a taste of some major changes, as a result of "The Affordable Care Act." The sweeping legislation was designed to improve the quality of health care and provide coverage to 32 million uninsured Americans. Families and individuals that don't have access to affordable coverage can receive tax credits to help them purchase coverage in the private health-insurance market. Portions of the Act have already taken effect.
