Lily Zheng is a diversity, equity and inclusion consultant who works with organizations to turn positive intentions into positive impact. She has written for the Harvard Business Review, Quartz at Work and HR Executive. Lily is also the co-author of "Gender Ambiguity in the Workplace: Transgender and Gender-Diverse Discrimination" and "The Ethical Sellout: Maintaining Your Integrity in the Age of Compromise."
