Harley-Davidson , the U.S. motorcycle maker, said late on Friday that it had reached a tentative agreement with striking workers at its largest plant.

The company did not disclose any details of the proposed agreement, which would end a strike that entered its third week on Friday. The company also said it would not say when motorcycle production would resume at the plant, which is located in York, Pennsylvania.

Some 2,800 workers at the plant walked off the job on Feb. 2 after their contract expired. Harley was seeking a number of wage and benefit concessions from the workers.
