Deutsche Telekom to Sell Internet Unit to Neuf Cegetel

Deutsche Telekom said Thursday that it reached a deal to sell the French unit of its T-Online Internet service with Neuf Cegetel.

Deutsche Telekom said that Cedex, France-based Neuf Cegetel will acquire the shares of T-Online France SAS, which operates under the Club Internet brand, pending regulatory approvals. Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but the deal is expected to be complete by sometime in June.
