Fast Money Mail: We Answer Your Questions

Time to dip into the Fast Money mailbag and answer more of your questions.

Ken From Kansas

Ken writes, “What happened to the recommendation to get out of gold if the Fed dropped its rates?  Gold rocketed up and out of sight Tuesday.”

Guy Adami tells Ken to beware of getting into gold.

Evan From Connecticut

Evan writes, “Should I cash in my Oct $195 options now or is there still upside after Goldman Sachs(GS) earnings?”

Pete Najarian recommends that Evan take half of his position off the table now, because of the run in GS stock on Tuesday. He adds Evan has likely doubled his money and can now play the upside with the downside covered.

Tory

Tory writes, “What is your "blue box" outlook for Tiffany's (TIF) as the holiday season approaches? Is the stock exposed to the current mortgage crisis?”

Jeff Macke tells Tory he likes TIF as well as Blue Nile (NILE).

Sidney from Florida

Sidney writes “Why does The Chairwoman like ConocoPhillips (COP) as compared to Sunoco (SUN)?  We like her and we are happy she is on your show!”

Karen Finerman explains that ConocoPhillips is primarily in the exploration business while Sunoco is mostly in the refining business. Although they’re related, Karen feels as stocks, they’re very different.
