Is Solarfun, Fun?

Shares of Solarfun (SOLF) jumped again Wednesday -- and now this stock is up 125% over the last week! What’s the story, here?

On Tuesday Solarfun was the subject of our Charles Schwab poll of the day. Take a look at the results!

In 2008, Solarfun (SOLF) will be:

Fun - 55%
Not Fun - 45%

When Karen Finerman answered, she probably selected “Not Fun.” Finerman did a little investigating and says she learned the CEO who owned shares of the company sold them for a “secret” amount. She exclaims, for investors that’s “Not fun at all!. Finerman recommends avoiding this one.

In the solar space Pete Najarian likes Cypress (CY) and Memc Electronics (WFR).
