Financials
With crowds chanting chargeMastercard easily beat Wells Fargo. Goldman Sachs clearly had the golden touch and trounced Lehman Brothers.
Meanwhile in live tournament play, Jamie Dimon led JP Morgan to a triumph over the NYSE. Warren Buffett still’s got game as Berkshire Hathaway advanced over Bank of America.
Commodities / Industrials
The crack margin didn’t crack Valero who triumphed over United Technologies. Alcoa slammed General Motors, who just couldn’t get it in gear. And Caterpillar got an early leg up and emerged victorious over BHP Billiton.
In live tournament play Freeport-McMorRanground Potash into the dirt, beating the fertilizer firm by a vote of 3-1.
