The Marcellus Shale could be the biggest job creator in Pennsylvania history, Cramer said Tuesday, if Washington embraced natural gas as a key alternative to crude oil. At the same time, this is a big coal state. The industry also generates employment for Keystoners, and it’s been a big obstacle to the adoption of natural gas. And because coal is making more money for Pennsylvania, it carries much more political power.

He appeared on Mad Money today to tell Cramer which he preferred, whether or not he believes in clean coal, why he’s so bullish on the US economy and more.
