Mad Mail: Buy Costco or Walmart?

Mr. Cramer: I just renewed my membership to Costco today, and I saw your charitable trust bought some Costco the other day. My question for you is why do you prefer Costco shares over Walmart? --Brian

Cramer says: "I think they're going to start accelerating stores' growth, which means they're going to accelerate membership, and membership is the real profit... Suffice it to say that I'm going to buy it on the way down, I bought my first chunk at $59 and change, and I hope it goes to $55, where I will buy more. Costco is the cheapest high-growth retailer, cheaper than Wal-Mart."

Cramer's charitable trust owns Costco.
