Another hacker attack aimed at Corporate America has landed cyber-security squarely in the spotlight, again. What must you know?

More than 75,000 computer systems at nearly 2,500 companies in the United States – as well as around the world – were compromised in what some are calling the largest and most sophisticated attacks ever, according to the Washington Post.

The attacks, which began in late 2008 and discovered last month, targeted corporate e-mails, credit-card data and login info – mostly from companies in the health and technology industries, writes the paper.

These developments again show just how vulnerable Corporate America is to the threat of a computer based assault.
