Cramer Talks Regional Banks

Cramer during Tuesday's Stop Trading! reiterated his buy call on the regional banks, listing Fifth Third , Regions Financial , Huntington Bancshares and Zions as his favorites right now.

In coal, Cramer recommended Walter Energy as a play on Chinese coal demand, saying, “The stock won’t quit.” He said that Walter’s mines were considered safe, which is an important point after an explosion at Massey Energy’s West Virginian Upper Big Branch mine killed 25 people. Also, WLT is close to New Orleans, a major port, making its distribution to China easier.

And lastly, Cramer one again said he was bullish on Electronic Arts for its exposure to social-media gaming, though not for its popular Tiger Woods PGA Tour golf game. ERTS released a free PC version for the Web today.

“That is not the driver here to this stock,” Cramer said.

A previous version of this report included discussions about AT&T that were factually incorrect. That material and the associated video have been removed.

Cramer's charitable trust owns Apple.
