Volatility is high, volume is low, and Barry Ritholtz says the two year old market rally is topping out.
Ritholtz tells the Fast Money desk 1310 in the S&P is his line the sand. He also says he's 70% in cash and points to three 'tells' that suggest to him the market is going to roll over.
