Here's what's up on Wednesday's Squawk on the Street:

--The final countdown on Fed day. Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke will tell us about his next move at 12:30 p.m. ET, and we'll hear from the Bernanke himself in a special news conference set for 2:15 p.m. ET.

--Bernanke also is the focus of the Street Poll: Do you have confidence in the way he's steering the U.S. economy?  Share your opinion now.

--We'll also have three big CEOs on the show. The CEO of Hain Celestial, a company that makes and sells natural and organic foods and personal care products will join us. The CEO of Danaos, a Greece based shipping company will also be with us. See what he thinks when it comes to the problems in his native country.  And, finally, the CEO of Vertex, which works on small molecule drugs for the treatment of serious diseases. It's currently a leader in the fight against cystic fibrosis, hepatitis C and rheumatoid arthritis.
