According to top hedge fund manager Anthony Scaramucci, proprietary research from Skybridge suggests the economy is in trouble.
In a live interview on CNBC'S Fast Money, Scaramucci says, "There’s now a greater than 75% chance that we’ll be in recession by the first quarter of 2012.”
And as a result he thinks the stock market is challenged.
”That suggests a reduction in equity prices between 15-20%. Not much we can do to stave that off,” he says.
