And the Answer Is...David Faber on 'Jeopardy'

Our very own David Faber is appearing tonight as part of the show's celebrity tournament this week. He's up against basketball star Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and Fox News' Dana Perino.

"Jeopardy," of course, is a quiz show where contestants must answer clues (in the form of a question!) about a wide variety of subjects, ranging from ancient history to pop culture to arts and to science. Usually the contestants win money based on their performance, but in the case of the celebrity tournament, the proceeds will go to charity.

Faber's charity is New Visions for Public Schools, a New York outfit that works to prepare needy high school students for college-level courses and careers.

We'll be cheering David on tonight. He's a sharp cookie. But that buzzer...in "Jeopardy" it can be the maker or the breaker for whether a contestant gets first dibs at a question. Let's hope David's thumb is up to the job.
