Pros have been saying a lot of things about Rep. Paul Ryan over the past 24 hours or so.

Vice President Joe Biden said he was a decent man, but had fundamentally different values from him and President Barack Obama.

Obama campaign manager Jim Messina called Ryan the "architect of the radical Republican House budget" proposal and said the plan "would end Medicare as we know it."

GOP Presidential nominee Mitt Romney said, "There are a lot of people in the other party who might disagree with Paul Ryan, but I don't know of anybody who doesn't respect his character and judgment."

And on Fast Money's Halftime Report, Prof. Jeremy Siegel of the Wharton School told us Ryan's got guts!
