Oracle - The tech company announced it will acquire SelectMinds, a social recruiting and management software company. However, financial terms of the agreement were not discussed. (Click here for after-hours quote.)

Ford - The car maker has with the Canadian Auto Workers union. The agreement sets a template for negotiations between the union and General Motors and Chrysler before contracts expire at midnight. (Click here for after-hours quotes.)

Advanced Micro - The chipmaker announced its CFO Thomas Seifert resigned. Devinder Kumar, SVP and corporate controller, will serve as interim CFO. Shares fell in extended-hours trading. (Click here for after-hours quote.)

OCZ Technology - The computer hardware manufacturer appointed Alex Mei as interim CEO. Shares tumbled in extended-hours trading after being briefly halted. (Click here for after-hours quote.)
