Miller & Smith currently offers more than 28 home designs in communities throughout Virginia, Maryland and Delaware. Its top-selling homes this year were in Brambleton, which achieved 33% of Miller & Smith's sales and was one of the best-selling master planned communities in the country; Madison Crest; and Victory Lakes, which has now sold out after over 10 years of stellar sales. Home collections are also available in communities like Maple Lawn, Gallery Park, The Orchard at New Market, and The Peninsula, with new communities coming online soon at One Loudoun and Crescent Row at Madison Crescent, both debuting in early 2013.
