ISTANBUL, Oct 8 (Reuters) - Turkey's cash deficit was 7.04billion lira ($3.9 billion) in September, Treasury data showedon Monday, bringing the deficit to 16.64 billion lira in thefirst nine months of 2012.
The September primary deficit was 4.25 billion lira,bringing the January-September primary surplus to 19.6 billionlira, the Treasury also said on its website.
The cash budget measures the money the Treasury actuallyreceives and pays out in the month. The primary balance excludesinterest payments.($1 = 1.8051 Turkish liras)
