His areas of specialty included commercial disputes, securities and transactional litigation. He received a B.A. from the University of Michigan and is a cum laude graduate of New York University School of Law. After graduation from law school, he was a law clerk for the Honorable Jacob Mishler, United States District Court, Eastern District of New York.
