First Century Energy Expands Advisory Board, Opens Charlotte Office

Advisory Board members lend expertise and industry knowledge to firm’s growth

ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- First Century Energy Holdings, Inc. (FCE), a leading clean energy services firm focused on the development and integration of solar photovoltaic (PV) and solar hot water solutions, today announced the appointment of leading experts to expand its advisory board. The newly appointed advisory board members will serve as a strategic resource to FCE in its mission to deploy efficient solar energy solutions across the United States.

Becky Blalock, Partner with Advisory Capital and former executive at the Southern Company (NYSE: SO) where she held positions in finance, marketing, external affairs and most recently Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer; Chair of the Advisory Board of Emory Healthcare, board member of Georgia Regents University, CSI Laboratories, and the business school of Mercer University.

John O’Neal, Senior Vice President at Rock-Tenn Company (NYSE: RKT) and former senior executive at Mirant Corporation, a merchant energy company, where he held positions in corporate strategy, asset optimization, regulatory policy, plant operations, and was most recently Chief Commercial Officer.

Michael Whiteside, Vice President of Business Development for Enervision and former President/Chief Executive Officer of GreenPower EMC and President/Chief Executive Officer of Coweta-Fayette EMC and subsidiaries Coweta-Fayette Natural Gas and Relyco Resources.
