BEVERLY HILLS, Calif., Oct. 9, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- A woman who claims she received dozens of automated collections calls from Dish Network on her cell phone, even though she is not even a Dish Network customer, sparked a class action lawsuit against the company. On September 12th The Beverly Hills Law Offices of Todd M. Friedman filed a class action lawsuit against Dish in U.S District Court in Sacramento, alleging multiple violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act because Dish Network did not have a business relationship with this woman and because the company kept calling after she demanded they stop.
