Fed's Bernanke, Japan finmin Maehara to meet Oct 12 -Japan govt

TOKYO, Oct 11 (Reuters) - U.S. Federal Reserve Chairman BenBernanke and Japanese Economics Minister Seiji Maehara will meetat 0715 GMT (1615 JST) on Oct. 12, the Japanese Cabinet Officesaid on Thursday.

Bernanke and Maehara will be meeting on the sidelines of thesemi-annual meeting of the International Monetary Fund and WorldBank being held in Tokyo through Oct. 14.
