* Says family shareholders, fibemi nv announce voluntary conditional public

takeover offer on all Duvel Moortgat shares

* Says the maximum offer price will be 95 euros per share

* Says fibemi nv and family shareholders currently hold 73,75 percent of the

total number of issued shares
