BRIEF-Thai PTT plans $1-2 bln bonds overseas in Oct/Nov

BANGKOK, Oct 12 (Reuters) - PTT Pcl PTT.BK:

- Plans to sell $1-2 billion of bonds in October/November inoverseas markets, Chief Financial Officer Surong Bulakul toldreporters.

- Proceeds raised will be used for refinancing andinvestment plus taking up shares in its subsidary, PTTExploration and Production
