NASHVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- digiChart today announced that William Bates, M.D., will become Chairman Emeritus of the company, stepping down from his current role as Chairman to pursue other business interests including teaching. Dr. Bates will assume his new role effective October 31, 2012.
