When most high-profile people get sued, they have a publicist issue a generic denial, and then say it's inappropriate to comment on ongoing litigation.
Of course, Donald Trump is no ordinary person, so he's also no ordinary defendant.
As we might have expected, the New York real estate mogul has taken to Twitter to roast New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman, who is suing Trump for $40 million.

Schneiderman alleges that the for-profit Trump University is an "elaborate bait-and-switch" that used "false promises" on which it failed to deliver.
Trump, to put it mildly, disagreed, and immediately began using Twitter to vent:
