Hands-on with the new iPhones

Apple went plastic and colorful with the iPhone on Tuesday, launching two new models in a bid to appeal to a broader audience.

The iPhone 5C has a plastic case and comes in an array of colors, while the 5S adds gold to the color scheme, as well as an innovative fingerprint access option.

Both devices are expected to be available later this month.
