Facebook's real problem

A day before Facebook releases its third-quarter earnings, the company is criticized in a Forrester Research report. The analysts say the social media giant is behaving like a Web 1.0 company by focusing on an ad model rather than social marketing. Facebook responded by saying the report was "illogical" and "irresponsible".

But, is there another reason Facebook's stock could face trouble?

CNBC's Street Signs' Talking Numbers segment takes a look at what's ahead for Facebook. On the charts is Richard Ross, Global Technical Strategist at Auerbach Grayson. On the fundamentals is Gina Sanchez, founder of Chantico Global.

Watch the video above to see these two CNBC contributors discuss Facebook's stock from fundamental and technical perspectives.
