"The Car Chasers" 212: TEXAS CAPITAL GAINS
Jeff's local finder Matt takes him down to Austin to chase some interesting leads in the hipster capital of Texas. The two men try their best to get their hands on a 1965 Mustang, and later go to a local motorcycle legend's workshop in an attempt to work a deal on a chopper and a highly collectible scooter from the 40's. Once back in Lubbock, Jeff tries to sell a stunt car from the movies to a close friend who has a unique use for it.

ABOUT "THE CAR CHASERS":

"The Car Chasers" are back for a brand new season of finding, fixing and flipping cars. The team from "Flat 12" in Lubbock, Texas, Jeff Allen, Meg Bailey and Perry Barndt, continue to scour the country, hunting for American muscle cars, classic hot rods and even the occasional Ferrari. Whether a car needs a total overhaul or just a little bit of TLC, their master mechanic Eric Ables, has the skills to take on just about any job. Each week, their goal is simple: buy low, sell high and maintain a steady flow of cars, customers and cash. Invest too heavily in a remodel or misread the market for a car and the "Flat 12" crew can lose a bundle. And when it comes to competition, Jeff's dad, Tom Souter, aka "Roundman," continues to be their number one rival. Profits trump bloodlines in this part of West Texas.

  • Smokin' hot ride -- http://www.cnbc.com/id/101225687 -- Matt takes Jeff to test drive a Mustang, but when one of the worst things that could go wrong, does, is it enough for him to walk away?
  • Bud's Motor -- http://www.cnbc.com/id/101225699 -- Matt takes Jeff into the mecca of motorcycle shops, but will he ruin his connection when he sets his sight on the most unlikely inventory?
  • 'Fast & Furious' -- http://www.cnbc.com/id/101225702 -- Jeff and Perry try to strike a deal for two Chevy C-10 pickup trucks, but one is very different from the other – and could change the price in a big way. Just as the haggle starts to go south, the seller offers to sweeten the pot. Will this be a wrap?
