03/26/2014:
AMERICAN GREED 82 - YOUNG LUST GOES BUST

A middle-aged real estate investor finds young love and steals client money to impress his new bride.

Commercial real estate investor Ed Okun is in love. At age 54, he finds himself drawn to a boat show model almost half his age and he can't stop showering her with whatever her heart desires… jewels, cars, even a helicopter. To fund his love-induced multimillion dollar spending spree, Okun reaches into the accounts of clients who think he is protecting their money. But no, Ed Okun is taking their life savings to live large.

04/02/2014: AMERICAN GREED 83 - THE CUNNING COWGIRL CROOK//DOLLARS FOR DUMPS

Small town comptroller steals $53 million from her city to fund horse-breeding empire and a crooked Real Estate developer lures victims to his phony residential oases.

Rita Crundwell is a small town comptroller, but in her private time she builds an American quarter horse breeding empire that is the envy of the horse showing world. It's all paid for by the citizens of Dixon, Illinois, because she siphons more than $53 million of the city's revenue into her business, all while her town suffers through crushing budget cuts. When her embezzlement is finally discovered, this cowgirl gets thrown off her high horse.

Staten Islander Joe Mazella says he can help friends and neighbors make money turning distressed properties into residential oases. But the $14 million he raises from police officers, fireman, and even the deaf community doesn't go into new buildings, it goes into Mazella's pocket. All his investors have to show for it are a collection of dilapidated rat-traps that don't show the first sign of renovation. When the FBI comes knocking, Mazella claims he's just another victim of the housing crash, but a New York jury won't see it that way.
